Anzère is a small village in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. It is a popular ski resort, with several ski schools. The ski slopes in Anzère cover about 40 kilometers the longest being Les Rousses at over 5 km long. Zermatt is a small town in the Swiss Alps located at the foot of the Matterhorn mountain. It attracts visitors all year round with its year round skiing. The village itself is small and mainly flat.
