has announced it plans to try biofuel on a flight in March, 2008.
The flight will take off from London Heathrow, England to Amesterdam, Netherlands and the airlines claims it will be the first commercial flight that has used biofuel in-flight.
There will be no passenger onboard the Boeing 747 and the demonstration flight is being ran in conjunction with Boeing and GE Aviation.
The biofuel, which is principally ethanol and diesel, is made from plants and may play a role in curbing climate change.
