The holiday village is perfectly placed for exploring the delightful `Garden of England' as well being within easy reach of the many visitor attractions and golf courses. Within the holiday village there are a large number of facilities available to residents, mostly without charge. There is a swimming pool, with separate children's pool, tennis court, children's games room, volley ball, table tennis, crazy golf, badminton, BBQ and open play area. The beautiful Kingsdown beach is just a five minute walk from the holiday village. The beach is safe for children and at low tide, Oldstairs Bay provides the perfect place to explore the hidden world of rock pools.
Scandinavian style timber frame lodge, furnished to an attractive and comfortable standard. Sunny veranda at the front with views of the English Channel and private rear decked area. Garden table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco.

Ground floor: Double doors leading from veranda to sitting room, with two comfortable sofas, electric log burner, coffee table, TV, DVD, Sony System Radio/Tape/CD/MP3 Playback. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge, Dining room with access to rear decking and BBQ area. Inner hall with access to bedroom with bunk beds (door to decking) and bathroom (with bath & overhead shower).

First floor: Reached by an open plan staircase from the sitting room, offering main double bedroom and also a twin bedroom (with option of 3rd guest bed). Travel cot available. A selection of childrens toys.

Bed linen provided free of charge. Note: Towels and tea towels are not provided.

Electric heating for use as necessary. All electric is supplied via £1 coin meter.

Free private car park adjacent to the reception area (no vehicles are permitted on the site itself).

Sorry smoking is not permitted inside the chalet and the site is pet free.
