Balcony with lovelly sea and mountain views from where you can enjoy some splendid African sunsets. Outside cooking on the balcony is provided for by a kettle braai. offstreet parking, private entrance, peaceful surroundings.

Five minutes drive to beach and shopping malls/restaurants, three golf courses in close proximity, the penguins of Simons Town are a twenty minute drive and the Waterfront and CBD of Cape Town 30 minutes away.
We are on the doorstep of Table Mountain National Park and there are lovelly walks on the beach and Silvermine Nature Reserve.
