Situated in Campoarmor near (Cabo Roig) close to Torreveija on the Costa Blanca Spain. Only a 20 min drive from Murcia Airport and 40 form Alicante (airport transferee’s can be arranged).

The apartment is situated in an area that is a mixture of holiday apartments/ villa\'s and residential homes. Only a three minute walk from the communal gardens with adult and children’s pools. There is a large Aldi supermarket and English supermarket as well as bars , restaurants and internet cafe at the on site commercial centre. You can walk to the lively Cabo Roig Strip in 20 minutes where you will find an unlimited choice of restaurants, bars, night clubs, and evening entertainment etc. Also try the many lively commercial centres, the best of which being Villa Martin where parakeets fly freely amongst the huge palm trees. The bustling town of Torrevieja can be reached by a regular bus service by car or taxi in 10 -15 minutes complete with it\'s port ,water sport activities and festivals.

Along this area of the coast there are over 20 blue flag beaches, the closest being le-zenia and Caba-Roig which can be reached in a car within 5 minutes or walked in 25-30 minutes .The area is classified as having a micro climate meaning it has less rain and more sunny days than anywhere else in Spain it has lots of facilities to keep you and the children entertained such as horse riding, nature walks, fishing (sea and course) scuba diving, wind surfing, cycling and tennis, There’s a safari and amusement park, go-karts and aqua parks and of course golf.

If golf is you\'re passion then you will be spoilt for choice, with a car you can drive to Villa Martin ,Campoarmor and los Ramblas within 5 minutes and another 5 superb courses within 20 minutes.

The apartment has two twin bright and airy bedrooms one overlooking the sea and one looking on to the balcony. Both rooms have ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The lounge has English sky TV a good quality sofa bed and leads on to a large balcony. We have four sun lounges for your relaxation and also a table and chairs for al fresco dining and warm evening drinks. The fully functional kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer washing m/c oven hob microwave etc. All linen and towels are supplied (except beach).

For your security the apartment has an alarm system and a front door grill. All windows and doors can lock and have shutters.
