Tamboerskloof residents can often be seen sitting on the sidewalk at the Daily Deli in Brownlow Road sipping coffee and enjoying the interaction of the local community. Safe walking distance to City Centre, bus routes, internet cafe’s, medical services, spa’s and museums. A few minute’s drive to the lower Table Mountain cable car station, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town Convention Centre and famous Blue Flag status beaches.

Cape Alexander’s classically decorated, light, airy lounge and dining areas open to a balcony with stunning views of the city through to Devils Peak Mountain. The apartment is surrounded by a leafy, historic Milkwood tree providing privacy and a charming ambience. There is a flat screen satellite television, hifi system and DVD and overhead fan.
The master bedroom and a slightly smaller second bedroom are classically decorated offering: 100% cotton percale linen and white fluffy towels, ample cupboard space, top quality king size bed or twin beds, luggage rack, dressing table / work station, overhead fan, international electrical plugs, electronic safe and hairdryer.
The bathroom offers a bath/shower, heated towel rail, expandable mirror and shaver plug.
The granite top kitchen offers oven/hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle and toaster. Complimentary tea/coffee tray and fresh milk is provided on arrival.
The apartment block is secure and off street parking is accessed by remote control. Cape Alexander is a non-smoking apartment but smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Whilst residing at Cape Alexander, a complimentary cleaning service and linen change is offered weekly. Daily cleaning service can be offered by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
We can arrange airport transfers and can book general tours, car rental, helicopter flights, Township Tours, shark diving and deep sea fishing.
The owners, Diana and Janne Dagh, can be contacted during normal hours for tourist information, apartment related questions and at any given time in the case of an emergency. Janne Is Swedish spoken.

Price depends on time of year and the length of stay. Rates are negotiated accordingly. Low season is May, June, July and in htese months we can offer special rates

My wife and I and our two sons stayed at Cape Alexander in May 2009. On arrival, we met the owners Diana and Janne and they were so helpful with ideas of things to do in Cape Town as well as excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is situated in a great suburb and we walked to local deli\'s and restaurants at night. Fabulous location as it was in close proximity to popular attractions. The apartment is airey and well appointed and has extremely comfortable beds! We will definitely return when we next visit Cape Town. John and Lisa White, York, England
