This fully air-conditioned & heated property sleeps 8 people without sofas or bunk beds. It is detached, private and completely walled-in with own large private pool, barbacue and ideal for families with small children and older children who want to be VERY close to the beach and all facilities.
Accommodation is mostly on one floor level, with the exception of the master suite, and the whole villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
The ground floor consists of a lounge-dining room, with a satellite television system, opening out into the flat pool area, barbacue and a large terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and one ground floor bedroom with own shower-room and separate cloakroom.
The rear part of the ground floor is a split level consists two bedrooms one with its own bathroom and the other a shower-room.
The first floor is a master suite consisting of one bedroom with own shower-room and private terrace with super sea views.
Outside there is an originally designed large 33ft x 17ft kidney shaped type pool, and surrounding sun terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue, with on-site parking for at least three normal family sized cars, including car port - NOT THAT A CAR IS NEEDED due to its close proximity to ALL THE AMENITIES of Moraira*.
*This brand new villa is on the flat and well maintained in an EXCELLENT location. Close to ALL amenities it is almost sea front being within 150 metres of the beach and restaurants.
