The apartment has all amenities, including kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. Just bring your own toothbrush and beach towels!

With manicured tropical gardens and three swimming pools, this beach-side housing community comprises apartments and town houses of quality construction in the traditional Andalusian style "pueblo blanco". Floors of polished marble throughout the apartment, tiled kitchen and bath, granite counters and skylight in the kitchen, direct water heating, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, all add to your comfort and enjoyment. This is a quiet, beachfront community with no roads between you and the beach. It's convenient to the new highway, 40 min. drive from the Malaga airport and only 20 min. drive to Marbella or Gibraltar. There are several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A few minutes drive away is the Puerto Deportivo (Marina) of Estepona and two kilometers away, the charming historic downtown Estepona where you can enjoy exquisite dining, shops, and nightlife. Other activities in the area include: golf, sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, safari, nature parks, deep-sea fishing, dolphin viewing, museums, historic sites, etc.
