Description

The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player. Unfortunately, we have not yet installed a telephone (there is a public phone in town if you do not have a mobile), but telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 50 metres away). A central heating system (oil-fired)and 1 fireplace (in the kitchen) have also been installed.
Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature lovers. However, it is not far from the cities of arts of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far.Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside.Golfers are faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which are all formed from the natural contours of the land), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole).
Pascosos finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Pascoso is really a hikers paradise! For some hikes you might want to drive a few short minutes to your point of departure, whereas for others, you can leave directly on foot from your front door. A section of the Turrite stream is reserved for fishing. Trout abound, although, given the low levels of the water, they generally do not grow to be very large.As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you will hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting!
