Description

The apartment occupies the whole of the top/3rd floor of this privately owned traditional Savoyard Chalet. It has a balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking nearby mountains and the main return ski-run to the village of Les Carroz. The master bedroom has twin 90cmx200 cm beds which can be also used as a king-size double bed. The double and twin bedrooms are partially under the eaves. As the owner, I lived in this apartment myself for 5 years and guests will find it very comfortable.

In the ski-season the first 2 floors are used as a catered 6 bedroom chalet. Guests in the apartment can reserve dinners if wanted on the middle floor and can enjoy use of the excellent spa and sauna facility located on the ground floor where there is also a heated ski & boot store for their use. There is ample private off-road parking and the ski-bus stops 50 metres away and is a 2 minute journey to the recently installed 8 person modern telecabine/ski-lift. This gives direct access to the 280 km of varied well-connected runs of the Grand Massif including Flaine. 20-30% discount negotiated for guests of Chalet Cyclamen at a local ski-hire shop has been negotiated. Gargerie/kindergarten very close to the Chalet.

Out of the ski-season, the resort of Les carroz offers many varied activities including swimming in the centre 100 metres from the chalet and extensive walks and rambles with many routes starting just by the chalet.
