This is a first floor holiday apartment in a new luxury development. It is situated in a quiet sheltered area five minutes walk from Newquay town centre. It is a short walk to the famous Fistral surfing beach.
The apartment is centrally heated and equipped for six people. It has a large living area with a dining area and kitchen.
The large living area has a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The Juliet Balcony overlooks the harbour.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a microwave, toaster and radio/CD.
The double bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower/toilet room with hairdryer.
The twin room has two single beds and is just across the passage from the bathroom/shower/toilet/hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied - but not beach towels.
The sofa/settee in the living room converts into either two single beds or a double bed.
There is an allocated parking space.
