Casarossa is a vineyard farm which has been completely restored respecting the agricultural style of local peasant houses and liberty architectural style of the principal house. It is possible to visit italian castles and go for wonderful walks.
We generally advise guests to visit the Paderna Castle because we think it is really the best, and the Belgioioso castle in Pavia which is really interesting for the cultural and artistic activities generally organized during spring. It is possibile to reach Milan in about 1 hour.
But it is really relaxing to stay in the wonderful Val Trebbia Hill visiting the famous Bobbio and bathing in the Trebbia river. It is possible to visit the Castles of the ducato and to go on the most beautiful walks in the outskirtses valley. For the tourist who wishes to visit Milan, Pavia, Cremona, Piacenza, Parma, Lodi, Bologna, Firenze, Genova, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bergamo, Brescia, Casarossa is in a good position.
