Villa Le Viole is a small, delightful, self-catering villa with its private garden located in Montepulciano countryside, in the province of Siena - just halfway between Florence and Rome.

The villa is a part of the property -Le Manzinaie-, an old Tuscan farmhouse, built in 1878, with 5 charming self catering apartments.

Villa le Viole is externally covered with brick typical of traditional Tuscan buildings and it has been carefully restored with terracotta floors and ceilings with chestnut beams.
It has its own private garden by its porch with table and chairs for dining al frescoe and relaxing. It shares another large quiet garden with gazebos, BBQ, swimming pool (furnished of sun beds and sun umbrellas) and covered parking area with the four other one bedroom suites.

All the rooms have screened windows and orthopaedics mattresses on every bed. The villa has furnishings and curtains of highest quality, also pictures typical of the area and it is like a home away from home. The accommodation is completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l\\\'oeil to offer the guests a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere.

The Villa can accommodate 4 people and it is on 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is:
- a large, fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with air conditioning and sofa;
- one bedroom with a regular double bed (or at request twin beds) and air conditioning;
- a bathroom with a Jacuzzi Hydro massage tub/shower and hairdryer.

On the first floor there is:
- one bedroom with canopy regular double bed and air conditioning;
- a bathroom with Hydro massage shower and hairdryer.

This accommodation is also equipped with: satellite TV (CNN, EURO SPORT etc.), personal safe and independent heating.

The owner and its small family will take care of you with any kind of information you need. They speak Italian, English and French.  

Rental Notes  

We usually rent on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday in Mid and High Season.
In Low Season, is required a minimum stay of 3 nights and in Mid Season is required a minimum stay of 5 nights in the week.

Rates are from 115 euro per night
