This lovely apartment is situated in Westbeach in the Blouberg area along the West Coast of Cape Town and is perfect for either your honeymoon, sporting events or just a good holiday.
This two roomed apartment with en-suite sleeps 4 adults comfortably, or a 5th person using the sleeper couch.
It is a ground floor flat so it has no stairs to climb and is very child friendly.
There will be a chilled bottle of sparkling wine waiting for you upon arrival in the fridge!
This lovely two bedroom apartment is situated in Westbeach in the Blouberg area along the West Coast of Cape Town. The apartment is situated within five minutes walk of the world renowned Bloubergsand beach famous for wind and sail surfing. Westbeach is thirty five minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport and twenty five minutes from the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town.
The apartment is finished and decorated to a very high standard throughout and has fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is furnished with a beautiful sleigh style double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a main bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment also has a very spacious lounge with open-plan kitchen which has separate seating area with t.v. and dining area with table and chairs. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which may be used to accommodate further guests if agreed by the agents/owners prior to renting the apartment.
A cot with full accessories can be provided upon request with no additional charge.
The complex Montserrat has twenty-four security and is gated and patrolled by security personnel. Within the complex there is a swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, barbeque area, club-house and self-service laundromat. The apartment also has two exclusive parking bays directly outside.
There is also a portable gas BBQ set with the apartment situated on the porch.
