Three luxury cottage, each with its own patio garden, have been created through the sympathetic conversion of a red-brick Georgian barn. They are located just outside Great Sturton, a small hamlet near Horncastle on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

They are within easy reach of the popular resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. Horncastle is famed as the antique centre of Lincolnshire is 5 miles away. Lincoln City is also no great distance away - in fact the cathedral is clearly visible from the cottages.

Within the grounds are a croquet lawn, picnic and barbecue areas and a nature trial through private woods. Golf and riding facilities are available locally. Fly fishing can be enjoyed on the private lake.

Each cottage has fully adjustable central heating, colour TV sets and radio clocks in all the bedrooms. A seperate utility room is equipped with a payphone, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining kitchens all offer a warm inviting atmosphere. They are equipped with everything you would need including microwave and filter coffee machine. Top quality linens and towels are provided free of charge.
