Easy access to/ from the new AP7 motorway giving access to Malaga, Marbella or Gibraltar. Calahonda has a superb selection of restaurants and bars and food shopping is easy in one of the large airy supermarkets. There is of course , many outlets to play golf , too many to mention
COMPLEX
Princess Park is a modern gated complex with well stocked and colourful gardens, There are four large pools and a kiddies pool, all with accompanying loungers, shower and toilet blocks for you to use. The complex is quiet with a semi rural aspect giving easy walking access to the Campo, a series of undulating scree hills with small paths which you can use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juice extractor. There is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board in the utility room. The apartment is accessed by lift and there is underground parking.
Weekly maid service with a change of linen is provided, however clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
