Property Description
The property comprises a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This opens into a large lounge/dining room, which in turn leads out to the south-facing terrace. A small hall leads from the lounge to the master twin bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedded room and a shower room.
The property is fitted with air conditioning / heating.
Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.

Booking Payments

All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit payment at the time of making the reservation the balance is due in cleared funds 1 month prior to the arrival date.
A fully refundable damage deposit is required prior to arrival.

Airport transfer can be arranged cost based on 4 persons GBP 65
Standard food packs are available at GBP 25
During November to March an electric supplement is required GBP 20 per week
