Two vacation flats in the historical centre of SEGNI (Italy, Province of Rome), middle mountain little town (800 mt a.s.l), 50 Km far away from Rome.
The first apt is a 60 Sq/Mt. flat at the second level of an ancient building (XII - XVI century), in the medieval centre of the town. The location is near the main square of the town (Piazza S. Maria).
It has has a big living and dining room (30 Sq/Mt), with a full equipped corner kitchen. In the living area, there are two single closeable beds and a fireplace. There are also a bathroom and a double big sleeping room, with a double bed and another single bed.
The second apt is a 50 Sq/Mt. flat, with a living and dining room (20 Sq/Mt), with a full equipped corner kitchen. In the living area, there is a double sofa bed and a fireplace. There are also a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping room, with a double bed, wardrobe and comò
Bot the apts has been completely renovated in year 1995 and they have electric power, hot water, drinkable water. Full gas heating. They are available year round.
The first apt (1st unit) is comfortable up to four people, but it can accommodate five; the second apt is comfortable up to 4 people..
It is possible to park the car very close (100 to 200 mt,)
In the streets all around it is possible to buy everything, thanks to a lot of different kind of shops, restaurants, pubs.
