SURROUNDING AREA Situated at the foot of the Penteli Mountains, Rea is an upscale suburb north of Athens. It is a peaceful residential area with villas, pine trees, and vast gardens. The apartment is a 15-minute drive from the Kifissia tube station (25 minutes to the city center), 5 minutes from the Athens-Lamia motorway and 10 minutes to the internal ring road (“Attiki odos”). Kifissia has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and designer boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips into Athens, to the Attica beaches, or just relaxing by the pool. There are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive.

Built in 2004, the apartment is located in a 3-storey building. It enjoys views of the nearby Penteli Mountains. The apartment shares a large garden (1000m2) and a swimming pool with the other 2 apartments of the building. The owner lives in a 2nd floor apartment in the building. A rental car is recommended, although taxis and public transport are also convenient. Parking is available.
