Description

There are two units in The Villa. Each floor provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces and indoor and outside dining, air condition (split) for heating and cooling in all of the bedrooms. Upper floor accommodates up to 6, while the lower floor can accommodate 5+1. Each unit has its own kitchen facilities and large terraces with a pergola for serving breakfast and sun bathing in privacy. All the apartments have Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access, radios, sun loungers, parasols, occasional tables, BBQ music sets, hairdryers, espresso and coffee machines. There is Hobby Terrace, dining and entertainment deck, badminton set and village foods stand. Alfresco dining outdoors for 20. Daily garden/pool maintenance. Linen, mattress protectors, towels, beach towels are provided by Maid Service every three days per week.

All apartments have satellite TV, stereo music set, PC, radio, electric radiators, telephone, library, DVD/CD player, BBQ, microwave, hair dryer, sheets, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, blankets and towels. All bedrooms have A/C (heating & cooling). There is plenty of wood from our pruned almond trees if you want to light the fireplace.
There are lovely uncrowded beaches with beautiful safe clear waters.

Down by the water the village seems to slumber in the day time, with the only flurry of activity caused by the arrival of a boat, or a delivery of fresh vegetables to one of the village shops. Selimiye village has a lot of pastoral features like the farm animals you can touch and play with. Or try the local tastes and the fresh sea fruits. You can get lunch in one of the water side restaurants or enjoy the evening in an exotic bar. The whole area is ideal f or walking or mountain biking.

Boat trips are the highlight of a visit to Selimiye. The coastline is stunning with water so clear that a trip to deserted island for a barbecue lunch and a swim in a secluded bay is sure to be a memorable.  

Rental Notes  

Breakfast and local speciality for dinner is served upon request.

Short stays are possible depending on the season; otherwise minimum stay is one week. Down payment is 25% of the total cost to be paid at time of reservation. This deposit is not returned if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival date.
