Rental Notes  

Price is for 4 persons. Additional adults will be charged an additional fee of 15.00 Euros per day. Additional power costs, above the normal mentioned above.
All water and gas costs according to usage (metered).
The cleaning of towels and bedding is charged at 10.00 Euros per set on arrival. (This charge is not applicable if you bring and use your own sets).
On arrival there is a one-off charge of 90.00 Euros for supervision, handing over the keys, coordination, tips & hints regarding the area, finalizing the hand over etc.
Additional requests will be accounted separately.
In special cases additional cleaning costs etc will be charged according to requirements, which will be deducted from the deposit of 250.00 Euros. Where the costs are greater the balance will have to be paid via a bank transfer).
The house will be handed to the tenant in a clean and tidy condition, and without rubbish. If cutlery, glasses and the oven are not in a properly cleaned condition there will be an extra charge.
Additionally, the servicing costs for mishandled electronic equipment must be paid for by bank transfer after the damage is repaired. (You will receive information on the correct use of the equipment with the check-list).
