The Villa has been done to a high specification with top quality fixtures and fittings. The villa is fully central heated and also has air conditioning throughout.
The lounge has a flat screen TV with a Sky Box and DVD player, there is WiFi in the villa. A fully working fireplace is also in the lounge. The light and airy lounge has two double patio doors which open onto the terrace and pool.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with integrated Bosch appliances.
There is a shaded terrace off the kitchen, ideal from mid day brunch.
For convenience there is a downstairs cloakroom.
The master bedroom has a super king bed with patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool. There is a dressing room with a bathroom off.
On the Lower Ground there is a laundry room, a lounge/playroom with pool table and playstation 2 for entertainment.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the second master suite has a kingsize bed, and ensuite bathroom also a terrace with beautiful views to the med.
The third bedroom has two single beds with Patio doors onto the same terrace as the second suite.
The forth bedroom again has two single beds with patio doors onto a small terrace.
Bedroom three and bedroom four are serviced by a separate bathroom.
On the second floor there is a large roof terrace with fabulous views over the costa.
The terrace and pool area are all very private and enjoy the sun all day. There are sun loungers, dinning table - chairs and sofas. The pool is circular, and has the option of being heated, at an extra charge. The terrace also benefits from retractable sun canopy’s if needed.
There is a large lawn at the rear of the villa down some steps from the pool and to the side a lovely shaded area of garden with a palm tree in the middle.
The lift is a bonus for anyone of limited mobility.
With a car you can be at Elviria Beach in 5 mins and also the 5 star Don Carlos hotel and world famous Nikki Beach Club.
