Description

The balcony of 301 provides a birds eye view to watch the world go by and the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the famous Marlborough Sounds, Queen Charlotte Track and Queen Charlotte Drive. Additionally the Marlborough wine region is a short drive away.

Our large kitchen is fully kitted including double oven, ceramic cook top, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a BBQ on the balcony making self catering an option should you tire of the many wonderful places to eat in Picton and further a field in the Marlborough wine region.

The three bedrooms are: Main double bedded bedroom with ensuite. Double bedded room and twin bedded room. The ensuite has a large tiled walk in shower and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.

The comfortable lounge has the latest entertainment equipment including wide screen television, DVD player and stereo amplifier. Sky television is provided. Internet access is available to guest lap tops with wireless internet connection capability.

The apartment has one secure car parking space.

The apartment complex has a small communal gym equipped with crosstrainer, rowing machine, bench and dumbbells.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was luxurious and very comfortable, and so convenient for enjoying all the activities and restaurants in Picton. It was ideal for our family of 6, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to treat themselves whilst on holiday. We did not want to leave!

Oxleys Rock Apartment was a great choice for our family group (3 children and 2 adults). Very nicely appointed, great layout and very convenient to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this option if you are looking to base yourself in the area. Kayaking, a beach front park, good places to eat, shopping, boats for hire, coastal walks – there are plenty of fun things to do right on your doorstep.
