Plaza Mar is located directly on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, it is only two blocks from the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick and easy walk to fine dining and shopping. Most of the newer hotels are north of town which are not within walking distance of the town square, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, the north hotels are in the American part of town and are very Americanized, which does not give you the true Mexican feeling.

Car rentals, ATM machines, grocery stores, and laundry within one block radius. There is abundant nightlife within a few blocks including Senior Frogs, and Andales.
There is a BBQ grill on the roof of Plaza Mar by the pool area for all to use.
There is maid service in each condo three times a week at Plaza Mar. Condo 306 has a safe in the condo for your valuables.
