The Glitter BaySuite 309 is a two bedroom apartment which has been extensively remodeled and refurbished and the open plan living area makes it spacious, airy and bright with approximately 1300 sq. ft. of living area. This is almost a replica of Glitter Bay Penthouse Suite 409 as they are both owned by the same owners so they are similar in décor and style.

The air conditioned ensuite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed, cream pine furnishings and leads out to the spacious balcony. The soft furnishings are green, cream and soft burgundy tints which lend serenity and charm to this spacious room. The ensuite bathroom has a separate open bath and open shower and double sink marble type vanity.

The second bedroom has three separate beds, two of which are made up to be a king but which can be separated when needed. This bedroom is air conditioned, has a ceiling fan and has a small TV and DVD player which is ideal for the children. The cream pine wood furnishings compliment the burgundy and cream tones of the soft furnishings. The second bathroom located in the hallway has a curtained shower and has a single sink marble vanity.

The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has black flecked wrap around granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The fridge is spacious with a top freezer and there is a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bakeware and kitchen linens. Here you can prepare your own gourmet meals or let the nearby patisserie in Holetown prepare your meals and deliver right to your door. Alternately, being close to so many great restaurants, cafes and bistros there is never a problem regarding eating out, the only problem is which one to choose!

The living area has two large double sofas, one of which is a pull out sofa bed. The entertainment area has a TV with cable, multi regional DVD player and music CD player. This is a perfect space for the family to spend time before retiring for the evening watching TV or playing one of the board or card games that the owners have supplied. The soft buttercup and taupe furnishings are enhanced by the brightly coloured local artwork which the owners have carefully chosen over the years visiting the island.

Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious balcony. Here is a ten seater rectangular dining table and a large banquet style seating area which is perfect for those sun downer drinks and pre dinner cocktails. The mini fridge and serving counter makes it a breeze to mix up exotic drinks or the simply refreshing rum punch! The balcony has a lovely view of the extensive gardens, pool and even a great glimpse of the beautiful blue sea past the many towering coconut trees scattered on the estate
