In case of a cancellation we apply the following policy:
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid charges,
if cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival there will be a 75% deposit refund
if cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival there will be a 50% deposit refund
if cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to arrival there will be a 25% deposit refund
if cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival there will be no deposit refund
