The Three Palms Beach house is a luxurious four bedroom beach front rental home on the beautiful island of Cayman Brac. The house has 100 feet of private ocean frontage where you can enjoy excellent snorkeling or relaxing in the hammock.

Cayman Brac is one of three islands of the Cayman Islands. The largest and most populous is Grand Cayman. Approximately 80 miles away is Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Cayman Brac is a small island 12 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. There are only around 3000 citizens on the island.

Our house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two ocean view bedrooms that have queen beds and two back bedrooms that each have two twin beds. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people. The house is located 100 feet from the ocean and offers excellent snorkeling right off the beach. There are a lot of small reefs off the back yard that have an assortment of colorful fish, fan coral and brain coral. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are a must. There is also a cabana with a two person hammock.

Everything in the house was just purchased March of 2007. This luxurious house includes:

Rental Notes  

The rental rates are $200/night for peak season and $125/night for off-peak. The peak rate is for the entire house for up to 8 people. Peak rates are from November 1st through July 1st. This price does not include a 10% Cayman hotel tax. Off peak rate is for up to 4 people. Each additional person is $10/night.

There is no minimum stay, but if you stay less than four days there is an additional $50 cleaning charge.
