Rental Notes  

The prices listed are per villa which is up to 5 persons occupancy.
The whole property of 3 Waterfall Villas exclusively yours and all areas is $3,250 per week 10 persons occupancy from May 09 - Sept. 09. Extra pers $45/nt.
A Suite for 2 persons ranges from $120 - $200 per night. Discounts of 10% are applicable for stays of over 7 nights. During the holidays min stay is 3 nights.

Rates include Daily breakfast, daily cleaning, 24 hour security and all taxes.
