In the wintertime you will be in an especially great location since the Sunriver sledding hill is only a half-mile away. You will be able to quickly pop home to grab that extra pair of mittens and whip up a quick hot chocolate to warm your bones.

In the summer you will love lying out on your back deck, looking up at the sky, listening to the birds chirp and the wind rustle through the trees. At one end of the deck is a small path leading to the BBQ, and at the other sits the circular hot tub just waiting for you to jump in and relax those muscles after a long day hiking the river trails or skiing at Mt.Bachelor.
