The townhouse is fully furnished including all kitchen appliances and a full-sized washer and dryer. Linens, pots and pans and dishes are provided. Cable TV and DVD player are included.
The townhouse is one of four in the building so you have no upstairs neighbors and can park your car at the door. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath and screened porch on the first floor. Two bedrooms, one ensuite, and another bath and sundeck are on the second level.
The compolex has seasonally heated pool, tennis, shuffleboard and free internet access. There is a recreation room with TV and tables and chairs for card games and a place to get out of the sun.
Three restaurants, a liquor store and a grocery store are in a plaza next to the complex. The beach is wide and safe and is just a short walk from the townhouse.
The town has many fine restaurants, a small museum, water taxi and many parks including Canaveral National Seashore where sea turtles nest. There are 4 golf courses, kayak trails, surfboard rentals, and bicycle rentals. There are deep-sea and freshwater fishing opportunities in town. The Marine Discovery Center has boat tours into the hidden parts of the Intercoastal Waterway.
New Smyrna is 15 miles from Daytona Beach, 45 miles from Kennedy Space Center and 60 miles from the theme parks of Orlando. Orlando International Airport and Orlando-Sanford Airport both have international flights.
