We are surrounded by 165 acres of wetland, ponds, a protected nature reserve and a beautiful 45 acre deep water lake named Lake Madison which is just a short walk away.

Situated just of highway 27 makes this villa\'s location conveniently placed for the 192 and Interstate-4, and within a few minutes drive of supermarkets, shopping facilities, eating places, entertainment venues & numerous golf courses, including the Greg Norman designed 36 hole course at Champions Gate.

Disney\'s gates are 10-12 minutes away and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World about 25 minutes drive.

After a long flight it will only take about a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and less than 1 hour from Sanford before you are at our villa.

The villa is a 2 story home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it has everything you could wish for and more to make your stay an relaxing enjoyable one.

The villa will sleep 6-7 comfortably plus one on a put you up bed plus we have a babies cot, high chair, baby walker and 2 car booster seats for you to use free of charge.

All the rooms have been freshly painted, AC throughout the villa and there is ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom.

The SOLAR HEATED POOL is enclosed with a screened Florida lanai, and we have a large deck area and a wonderful 12 x 24 swimming pool, the pool and deck area gets the sun from dawn to dusk.

SOLAR HEAT IS FREE as long as the sunshine\'s but if you require the pool to be heated via the gas pool heater there is an additional charge to do this.

The 2 car garage houses the washer and dryer.

We have provided for your enjoyment lots of maps, puzzles, cards, games, DVD player, films books some toys, play station with games and a radio cassette.
