One of the first homes built in Moab, Cali Cochitta is a late 1800\s Victorian home, restored and renovated to its original classic style. At least one morning during your stay, we urge you to wake early. Sit on the front porch with a cup of fresh ground coffee, tea or freshly squeezed juice and enjoy a Southern Utah sunrise ... it is a sensory experience you will not soon forget. The beautiful grounds and surrounding porches with swings, rocking chairs, hammocks and garden furniture are relaxing.

Our rates include a wonderful homemade breakfast. Our decor is eye pleasing. The beds and linens are luxurious.  

Rental Notes  

Off Season rate: November 1st thru February 28th - Depending on the room the rate is $85.00 to $130.00 per night based on double occupancy (rate does not include taxes of 12.35%) This rate does include breakfast.

In Season rate: March 1st thru October 31st - Depending on the room the rate is $125.00 to 165.00 per night based on double occupancy (rate does not include taxes of 12.35%) This rate does include breakfast.
