In one of the closest communities to Disney, situated just 10 minutes away from Downtown Disney and the attractions are 3-4 miles as the crow flies and only 1-2 miles from supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Any closer to Disney and you would have to buy tickets! On site activities include: Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Putting Green and Children\'s Play Area. All of which are a short walk from the villa.

The villa is fully licensed and is professionally maintained to a very high standard by a locally based management company.

Not only are you as near to Disney as possible - it\'s also a quiet and safe community. Only two other estates equally close. Everything else is further away and nobody wants to waste time in traffic when you can visit the parks and enjoy the attractions, right?

Master bedroom #1
The theme in this bedroom is safari: leopard patterns, African motives in my choice of pictures and ornaments. A modern and stylish room which has a king size bed and TV. The room has a big en suite with tub and walk-in shower. A private door leads out to lanai and swimming-pool.

Master bedroom #2
Is also en suite with bath/shower and TV. A private door leads out to the swimming-pool. Here the prevailing colors are dark red and cream.

Bedroom #3
Has a full-sized bed with dark red and gold furnishings. Elegant, yet very homey. This room has 26\" TV.

Kids Bedroom #4
Is furnished with twin beds, (the theme here is Scooby Doo) and a Mickey Mouse TV.

Bedroom #5
Same cherry red rattan furniture as in #3, combined with rusty-red and gold paisley patterned furnishings. The TV in this room has built-in VCR.

Bedroom #6
Is another kids\' room: Twin beds furnished with Finding Nemo bed linens and another Mickey Mouse TV.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a Bathroom #3. Bedrooms #5 and #6 share Bathroom #4.
 

Rental Notes  

Rates from USD175 per night or USD1198 per week

These prices include Solar Heating for the private pool and spa. If gas heating is required there is an additional charge of USD35 per day or S$210 per week.

There is a 4 night minimum during the low & Mid season and a 7 night minimum during the peak season and Festive Seasons.
