The villa is situated at Lakeside at Bass Lake. This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney.
The community backs onto the picturesque 300 acre Lake Davenport. There are picnic tables and it is the ideal area for an evening walk to enjoy the sun setting and the wildlife around the lake.
The resort is a private gated community and there are two swimming pools (one heated) and a hot spa in close proximity to the Villa. They are available from dawn until dusk.
There is a club house next to the pools with a gym room, two pool tables and shuffle board.
The villa is fully licensed for short term lets by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.
There is a 24 hour local and friendly management team on hand to assist.
The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.
