Our 3 Bedroom Florida Holiday Rental Villa is situated in Oak Point, Davenport (nr Kissimmee), Orlando, Florida. Near to Disney World. Only 15 minutes drive from the gates.

We have now changed our 4 bedroom villa to a 3 bedroom villa by adding a fully fitted air conditioned games room. Also we added a separate pump to the spa section of the pool turning this into a jacuzzi for that extra luxury. We have installed a 52in wide screen TV in the villa too.

Rates from GBP 450 per week. Discounts available for booking of three weeks or more financial incentives given for recommendations free weeks given for recommendations. Massive discount for late bookings.

The solar heated pool is included in the rental cost if you require the pool heater this is available at a cost of GBP84 per week. The pool heater can be selected on or before arrival.
