Description

Our executive villa was built in 2002 and offers over 1900 square feet of air-conditioned luxury, which will sleep up to 10 people in comfort.

On entering the villa there is a large formal dining and living area with vaulted ceilings creating a great feeling of space and comfort. This area has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, two sofas and separate cable TV, DVD and Playstation for the kids.

Moving through the central part of the house house with its vaulted ceilings, you pass through a spacious kitchen area into a large family room which looks out to the pool.

The kitchen comes complete with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. All crockery and glasses are provided for along with other useful kitchen equipment. Adjoining the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with stools, together with an informal dining table for four.

The family room has two sofas, cable TV and a DVD player, together with a selection of books, DVDs and games for your use. There is also access to the pool area through patio doors.

There is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc in the garage.

The superior master bedroom has a queen sized bed, remote controlled cable TV, complete with spacious en-suite facilities comprising twin vanity basins, large corner bath and a separate walk-in-shower and toilet areas. A walk-in wardrobe area is accessed from the en-suite.

The second double bedded room has an en-suite bathroom and remote controlled cable TV.

There are two further twin bedded rooms, one of which is themed for smaller children. These two bedrooms have use of the third bathroom, which provides separate access to the pool area.

All bedrooms have walk-in closets and ample drawer space. Bed linens and towels are provided although we do ask that guests bring their own beach/pool towels.

Hairdryers can be found in the two en-suite bedrooms.

Pool Heat separately an additional GBP80 / USD140 Per Week

All prices include taxes and cleaning on departure.
A non-refundable deposit of GBP100/USD170 per week is required at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. We do hold dates for 7 days whilst awaiting your details, but open dates up after this period if no details or payment is received.
A security deposit of GBP100USD/170 per week is due with the balance. This is refundable after your return.
Minimum Stay - stays under 1 week incur a GBP50/USD88 cleaning charge
