Kim and Nick, your hosts, would like to invite you to visit their nest. The Mallards Nest sits on the shore of the peaceful Nottawasaga River. With only a five minute walk to Area 5 of the beautiful Wasaga Beach, long hailed as one of the premier tourist destinations in Ontario. Centrally located you can walk, bicycle or drive to the many restaurants and attractions in this lively summer locale.

Sit out on the covered deck and dine on your buffet breakfast while watching for the wildlife on the river.

In the evening you can sit out on the deck and enjoy the night sky, or relax in the common area and watch television, read a book or check your email.

For the Fishermen, the banks of the Nottawasaga are an anglers paradise, with numerous species to pursue! Rainbow, splake and salmon abound. The spring and fall migratory spawning runs are legendary among anglers, who line the banks of of the rivers, hoping to catch one of these beauties

In the Winter, we are a mere 15 miles from Blue Mountain Ski Resort, the largest mountain resort in Ontario. There are many cross country ski and snowmobile trails in and around Wasaga Beach.  

Rental Notes  

The Mallards Nest is a Bed & Breakfast. The rates are based on double occupancy, single nights. The prices range from $90 to $130 depending on the season and the room.
