The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex. The unit can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Daily room service is not available.

Santa Clara Point Community Park and Mission Bay Aquatic Park are only a few blocks away. The condo is extremely close (5 to 15 minutes) to all major attractions including Sea World, San Diego zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Coronado, Sea Port Village, Sport Fishing and Bay Cruises.
