There are two televisions, two DVD players with a selection of films, and a hi-fi. The house is protected by a 24/7 monitored security system, smoke alarms and there is a safe. The double garage has internal access and an electrically operated door.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped; including cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic icemaker/chilled filtered water dispensers, microwave, coffee maker and waste disposal. Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron ad ironing board. A highchair and pushchair are also provided in the villa.

Enjoy the privacy of the 30ft, south facing, solar heat assisted, fully screened pool, which is in a fenced garden backed by trees. The deck is spacious, with a large covered patio area which is shaded, and has the comfort of new poolside furniture; including chairs, tables, and sunloungers.
