This two bedroom, two bath condo is situated in Sandpiper Cove Resort, a gated community with 24 hour security. The Resort features a FREE Par three golf course, six tennis courts (three lighted), five swimming pools (one heated), three outdoor jacuzzis, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. Onsite restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, overlooking boat marina. There is a King Bed in the Master, Two Full Size Beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper.

Our condo overlooks the Bay Canal with easy access to the boat dock. The condo is around a 100 yard walk through the complex to the private beach. There is a dead end road that bisects Sandpiper Cove that you cross to get to the beach --- there is a cross walk for safety. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit, two TV's, and a VCR. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Sit on the balcony and watch the sun set into the Bay or watch the ducks play in the Canal below.

Sandpiper Cove sits on 43 acres with 1100 of private beach, fully serviced by a private beach rentals service! Umbrella and chair rentals are available for your comfort and convenience. During the summer season there is a staff of lifeguards that also rent jet-skis, ocean kayaks, and parasailing. Also, during that time, the beach pavilion restaurant and bar are open.
