The Herons is located in Sunridge Woods which is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from Highway CR54. The villa is located at the most southerly part of the estate. Your holiday home is ideally located to reach a number of the main attractions and eating establishments, many of which are located on Highway 192 situated due North and accessed via Old Lake Wilson Road, a journey that should take no longer than 15 minutes by car.

Our 3 bedroom home is air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the family room .The house is a single storey property that will sleep up to eight people and has a large 15ft x 30ft solar heated and screened pool that is surrounded by a sizeable patio.

Outside the screen there is a large private yard. Door alarms are fitted to all the exits to the pool area to help ensure the safety of any children staying in the property. The property is maintained and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, that has a door leading directly to the pool area. There is a TV in the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, double closet and a TV.

The third bedroom has twin beds and a double closet.

All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks.

The family room has a remote control cable TV, DVD player, X Box Console and a Hi-speed broadband computer and is comfortably furnished with two sofas, an armchair and an occasional table. Board games are provided should you be taking a break from the Parks.

The living room also has two sofas, one of which folds out into an additional Queen size bed.

There is a formal dining area with dining table and six chairs.

The kitchen is equipped as you would expect from a Floridian home with a large fridge/freezer, cooker/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.  

Rental Notes  

Rates from GBP440 per week for the whole property - thats only GBP55 per person per week based on full occupancy!! Rates include Services of Local Management Company, Cable TV, Electricity and Water Consumed, Cleaning on Departure, All Linen and Towels, All Local Taxes and Solar Pool Heating.
