So no matter if your watching TV or working in the kitchen you can have that feeling of togetherness. At the end of the great room are the sliding glass doors that lead to the lanai. The lanai overlooks the South facing pool and the pool overlooks a pond so there are no direct rear neighbors. Back in the villa you will find the two (2) master suites both with en-suite bathrooms located just off the lounge. Heading towards the front of the home down the main hallway you find the three (3) additional bedrooms and a family bathroom. Also for your use a game room, WiFi Internet access, DVDs, Children games, toys, high chair and crib.

Located just off the I-4 Interstate in the Champions Gate area, you are ideally located for a Central Florida visit. By using the I-4 Interstate you can avoid the heavily used US 27 and US 192. Many home along these roads claim to be 10 minutes from Disney, WE ARE 10 minutes from Disney.
The Champions Gate area has a variety of stores and restaurants. Its a great alternative to the tourist traps on the US 192.
 

Rental Notes  

$200 per week to secure booking. Due within 7 days.
Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit of $250 required and paid with final payment. Returned within 14 days of departure and inspection.
Optional pool heat of $150 per week
Cleaning fee of $100 applied to all booking less than 7 nights.
