The Palms is a prestigious Florida Villa which is in a quiet private residential community accessed from Highway CR54. The vacation villa is located at the most southerly part of the estate.
Your holiday home is ideally located to reach a number of the main attractions and eating establishments, many of which are located on Highway 192 situated due North and accessed via Old Lake Wilson Road, a journey that should take no longer than 15 minutes by car.
The Florida vacation rental villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. It has a large family room with a 32in multi-channel TV and Playstation 2. In addition there is a more intimate living room tastefully furnished with another multi-channel TV and video recorder. This room has a sofa bed which can be converted into a double bed.
The large master bedroom, which also has a TV and a radio/cassette, has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large bath, walk in shower, twin washbasins and separate toilet. This leads into a walk in closet to store all your holiday gear!
The second bedroom is also a Master Suite with it's own adjoining bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with a bathroom between them. One of these is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom is decorated to the theme of Winnie the Pooh for Disney fans, and yes, it can be changed for those who prefer something more traditional. There is also a complimentary babys cot for the small guests to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre as well as a radio/CD player, and the laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble drier.
In the garage is a table tennis table, floor draughts and tic-tac-toe, in case boredom sets in from too many trips to the theme parks!
The smart formal dining area is supplemented by a another dining area in the kitchen to provide ample seating if everyone wishes to eat together.

Rates from GBP550 - USD853 per week for the whole villa (only GBP55 - USD85.30 per person per week based on full occupancy) and includes Services of Local Management Company, Cable TV in rooms, Electricity and Water consumed, Cleaning on departure. All linen and towels. Hi-speed and wi-fi internet access, Telephone calls to the USA, Canada, Uk and some EU countries and all local taxes.
Pool and Spa heating is charged at GBP90 - USD140 per week.
