The Living accommodation at Villa Santa Cruz is spacious and open plan with cool tiled floors and a cosy family room with Plasma TV, DVD Library and CD Stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Breakfast area plus a separate formal Dining Room.

Laundry is easily taken care of in the Utility room, while the children can unwind and enjoy the Air Conditioned Games room, featuring Pool, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Playstation 2 with a variety of games.

All 5 bedrooms have 90 channels of Cable TV and comprise Two large master suites (1 King, 1 Queen) both with luxury en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets, plus a further Queen bedroom, a twin and, for the children, a Scooby Doo themed twin room. A family bathroom and further powder room ensure nobody has to wait!

Outside the private Swimming pool overlooks a beautiful lake with a separate luxury Jacuzzi Spa, shaded dining lanai and Barbeque. Plenty of lounging furniture is also available to help you soak up the Florida sun!
