This home is located in the tranquil surroundings of the Aviana Resort, Davenport.
Aviana is an upmarket gated community and private resort. An oasis of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, Aviana Resort offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlandos exciting attractions which makes it a fantastic place to stay as it is one of the best residential community resorts close to Walt Disney Worlds four theme parks. The large extended poolside offers complete privacy and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping overlooking a natural conservation area.

Our Orlando vacation rental villa offers over 2000 square ft of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 large double bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms. There are 2 spacious sitting areas, comfortable designer sofas in the family room and formal living room which is also a sofa bed that will sleep another 2 guests and 2 dining areas - a bistro area or you can choose the formal dining area.

The luxurious pool measures 26ft x 12ft and is fully screened. It also has a child pool alarm your familys protection. The pool can be heated if required and has underwater illumination.
We have had a professional Games Room installed. For your entertainment there is an 8ft x 4ft pool table with high quality above table lighting, a professional standard soccer table and a fun electronic dartboard.

The villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely vacation needs - we have thought of everthing.  

Rental Notes  

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive.
Pool heat is optional and is charged at GBP98 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 8 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of GBP56.
For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount.
For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of GBP300 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
