Deposits: 1/2 of the rental rate is due up front along with a signed rental agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before arrival date. Monthly Winter rentals must be paid up front unless other agreed upon arrangements are made.
Other Fees: There is a $75 exit cleaning fee. Note: You can save $20 off of the exit cleaning fee if you wash and dry the linens & towels before you depart.
Refundable security deposit: $175
Other Policies: NO Smoking. NO Pets. NO Motorcycles.
