An additional separate 3 person studio suite on the ground floor may also be available for larger groups. Please inquire.

Situated on a small lot on a short dead end street with only five other homes and a huge park at the end, the house cunningly looks like a 2 storey house but is actually 4 levels.

GROUND LEVEL: Driveway Parking, Main entrance, front foyer, laundry room with full sized washer and tumble dryer. There is a separate rental suite on this level, at the back.

SECOND LEVEL:
Well equippped large gourmet kitchen with Dining area at the back of the house overlooks the garden. There is no formal dining room as such, but the table will seat 6-8. With 2 sky lights and windows on three sides, it is a very bright room that catches the morning sun.

3 bedrooms - good sized master with Queen bed plus 1 twin & ensuite bath & two smaller bedrooms, second full bathroom.

THIRD LEVEL: living room (13x18) set across the width of the house, with glass on all four sides (bright). one big window over the fireplace looks north to the mountains.

Running alongside the living room facing west for the afternoon sun, and a fabulous view to the Mountains, a large balcony/ deck (12x21) where the BBQ and a hot tub are located.

FOURTH LEVEL: second big deck (11x18) with a wonderful 360 degree view to the city and the mountains. Two huge decks - afternoon espresso or an aparitif, Dinner alfresco, then evening cocktails by moonlight on the upper terrace! Wonderful!

Two flights of (ungated) stairs may make it unsuitable for toddlers, small children under 5 years old unless closely supervised and also for less agile elderly persons.  

Rental Notes  

Minimum booking is 4 nights during the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Minimum booking is 7 nights.
When there are 4 or more nights between 2 other bookings, (with a minimum booking of 4 nights), these may be available. Please inquire for a rate quotation.

Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $150 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $20 for each full week after the first month.
