InterContinental Hotels Group has announces it has agreed to sell InterContinental London Park Lane to Constellation Hotel UK, that is an affiliate of Constellation Hotels, a center Eastern private investment group. Priceline.com has signed a brand new long-term agreement with United Airlines, with plans to implement the United Technology Application, powered and supported by Farelogix, as the primary connectivity between the two parties.
Priceline.com customers will continue to have access to United fare content, and United and priceline.com will work together to develop innovative ancillary products and services to be delivered through the United Technology Application.

HPL Hotels & Resorts takes over at Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives
HPL Hotels & Resorts, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Hotel Properties and operator of hospitality establishments during the Asia-Pacific region, has confirmed it has taken over management of Soneva Gili, Maldives.
Assuring fans of the resort will probably be “business as usual”, HPL was quick to emphasize its plans for the resort are restricted to re-branding it as Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives and minor enhancements going forward.
